New Walks for 2023

It all began with an idea whilst I was training with Oxfordshire Mind. They ran a volunteer course to become a ‘Walking for Health Walk Leader’ which I successfully completed.

It made me appreciate how vital the benefits are, for those who cannot always get access to an outdoor space.

So, combining my love of nature photography spurred me on to create ‘Mindful Photography Walks’ where we incorporate the element of mindfulness before taking a picture, viewing our surroundings through the lens.

I use various walk locations around the South Oxfordshire & West Berkshire landscape. These are gentle undulating walks over a short distance of 1-2 miles lasting approximately 1 hr 30 mins. All experience levels from beginners to professional are warmly welcomed.

Either using your smartphone or camera. I’ll guide you along some of these paths amongst ancient trees, helping you disconnect from the fast paced world to capture some relaxed & beautiful images to reflect back on your day.
